This portal is owned and operated by PASHUPATINATH MAHADEV GOSHALA CHARITABLE TRUST, an officially registered public charitable trust under the Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950 (BOM. XXIX of 1950), having its registered office at Shri Pashupatinath Gaushala Dham, Thane - 400601, Maharashtra, India. 2. Scope of Charitable Services & Seva

PPN Gaushala is a humanitarian and animal welfare sanctuary dedicated exclusively to:

• 24x7 emergency rescue and veterinary ICU hospitalization of injured, sick, and abandoned indigenous bovine animals (cows, bulls, calves).
• Lifelong shelter, therapeutic nourishment, green fodder (Gau Grass), and geriatric sanctuary care under a strict no-euthanasia policy.
• Facilitation of voluntary religious and charitable Gau Seva, Go-Pooja, and commemorative donations for patrons across India.

Information published regarding cow cases, clinical updates, and treatments is for educational and transparent accountability purposes only and does not constitute commercial trading or animal sale.

3. Voluntary Donations, 80G Tax Exemption & FCRA Mandate

All monetary contributions made through this portal, whether via UPI, QR code, net banking, or integrated payment gateways, constitute voluntary, irrevocable charitable donations dedicated to bovine welfare.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As a condition of using this portal, you agree that you shall not:

• Impersonate any person or provide fabricated, fraudulent PAN, telephone, or identity data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with portal infrastructure or security controls.
• Use the payment mechanisms for money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or unauthorized financial transactions.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or disruptive scripts to the server.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All textual narratives, medical case records, photographs of rescued cows, videography, emblems, logos, and custom graphics displayed on this website are the intellectual property of PASHUPATINATH MAHADEV GOSHALA CHARITABLE TRUST and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized downloading, alteration, or commercial redistribution of our sanctuary photos or credentials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Gateways

While the Trust employs industry-standard encryption, SSL (TLS 1.3), and hardened Next.js security configurations, we shall not be liable for:

• Intermittent interruptions, bank server downtime, or NPCI UPI network failures beyond our control.
• Delays caused by third-party telecom operators or SMS/email gateway dispatchers.
• Inaccuracies arising from erroneous donor data submitted during form completion.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The competent civil courts situated in Thane and Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any claim, suit, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this portal.

8. Modifications to Terms

The Trust reserves the statutory right to revise, update, or alter these Terms at its sole discretion to reflect statutory amendments in tax laws, data privacy acts, or banking norms. Continued usage of the portal following the publication of revised terms constitutes deemed acceptance.
