1. Preamble & Nature of Deliverables
PASHUPATINATH MAHADEV GOSHALA CHARITABLE TRUST is an officially registered charitable sanctuary dedicated to bovine rescue, rehabilitation, and Gau Seva. As a non-commercial charitable trust, deliverables arising from online interactions and donations fall primarily into two categories:
Official 80G Income Tax Receipts, Annual Form 10BE Certificates, Seva Confirmation Slips, and video/photographic documentation of Gau Grass feeding or pooja ceremonies.
Blessed Ashram Prasad, consecrated sacred threads, or commemorative temple tokens for patrons sponsoring special ceremonial rituals or annual cow adoptions.
2. Category A: Digital Deliverables & Timelines
Digital fulfillment operates according to the following strict statutory timelines:
- Instant On-Screen Acknowledgement: Upon successful remittance, an instant digital acknowledgement slip bearing the unique Donation Reference ID is rendered on screen.
- Official Digitally Signed 80G Receipt: Dispatched to the donor's registered WhatsApp number and Email address within 24 to 48 business hours following banking reconciliation.
- Statutory CBDT Form 10BE Certificate: As required by the Income Tax Department of India, official Form 10BE certificates are generated on the government e-filing portal and emailed to donors by May 31st of the succeeding financial year.
- Seva Proof & Visual Updates: For patrons booking personalized Gau Grass feeding or pooja, photo/video confirmation of the seva being performed in the sanctum is shared via WhatsApp within 48 to 72 hours.
3. Category B: Physical Prasad Dispatch & Shipping Rules
For patrons eligible for or requesting physical delivery of consecrated Prasad:
Shipping Coverage: Deliveries are conducted strictly within the territorial borders of the Republic of India. We do not dispatch physical items overseas.
Dispatch SLA: Physical prasad packages are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days following the completion of the ceremonial ritual.
Logistics Partners: Consignments are forwarded via India Post (Speed Post) or registered national couriers (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery).
Shipping Charges: As a sacred gesture of gratitude, shipping and packaging costs are borne 100% by the Trust; zero shipping fees are charged to the donor.
Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on recipient postal pin-code, delivery typically concludes within 4 to 8 working days post-dispatch.
4. Tracking & Consignment Status
Once a physical parcel is consigned to the carrier, a dispatch notification along with the official consignment / tracking number will be communicated via WhatsApp or Email. Donors may monitor transit status via the carrier's public portal.
5. Non-Receipt & Delivery Discrepancies
If you do not receive your digital 80G tax receipt within 48 hours, or if your physical prasad has not arrived within 12 business days from confirmation:
- Check your email spam / promotional folders for receipt dispatches from
ppnmgaushala@gmail.com. - Ensure that your telephone number and postal address provided during donation were complete, including the correct 6-digit PIN code.
- Contact our fulfillment desk immediately with your Donation Receipt ID or UPI UTR reference. Our administrative staff will re-issue the digital receipt within 4 business hours or initiate a postal re-dispatch.
